Message Security and Discovery is available through Google and provides enhanced email security and archiving capabilities to Google Apps Premier Edition. This helps businesses and organizations using Gmail meet more stringent security and compliance requirements, and enables your administrators to quickly set up email policies and filters. Message security allows you to create rules for handling messages containing specific content and file attachments. Rules can be set up for individuals, groups or your entire domain. For example, we can add customized footers to all outgoing messages in order to meet compliance requirements. Also, the service includes an additional layer of spam and viruses filters for enhanced email security. With message discovery, we can set up an archive email across your domain and recover deleted emails on a 90-day rolling basis. We'll can grant designated administrators visibility to the archive, and allow your users access to their personal message archive to recover deleted emails. Administrators can utilize a full set of archive search and investigation tools to respond to an investigation or legal discovery request. You can quickly identify relevant emails, place litigation holds, and export messages for further review.
